Get-Together November 2025
At our November Get-Together our Vice President Josef Schnyder delivered a very interesting and entertaining lecture on Family Research (Ahnenforschung) to 36 guests at the Chesa Restaurant which served a fantastic hunting season dinner.
Josef provided a concise overview of human history with a Swiss focus, explained the risks and opportunities of DNA analysis, traced the origins of several members’ family names, and shared the results of his own family research. He also offered practical guidelines and helpful tools for those interested in conducting their own Family research.
